Tack Spitter Circus — Posters from ‘the Golden Age of American Circus’ (roughly 1875-1950) helped form the modern advertising campaign and remain iconic. The Ringling Museum digitally archives 4,977 of them. Using Python to collect and analyze the metadata of this archive, I’ve created the exhibition site, Tack Spitter Circus.
